Pricing Policy

1. Free to play

Numble can be downloaded and played for free. The free version is supported by advertising. You are never required to make a purchase to enjoy the core game.

2. In-app purchases

Numble offers optional one-time in-app purchases that enhance your experience. Typical offerings include:

The exact items, contents, and prices shown to you inside the Game are always the authoritative ones. Prices are set per region and may vary by country, store promotions, and applicable taxes. Available items may change over time.

3. Currency & taxes

Prices are displayed in your local currency (or the currency configured in your app store account) at the point of purchase. The price shown at checkout includes any applicable taxes unless your app store states otherwise. Currency conversion, where it applies, is handled by your app store and your bank or card issuer.

4. Payment & billing

All payments for in-app purchases are processed by the platform from which you downloaded Numble:

• Google Play Store — subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Apple App Store — subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.

RupaZen does not collect or store your full payment card details. Your chosen store charges the payment method on file in your store account.

5. Delivery & restore

Digital items are delivered to your account immediately after the store confirms a successful payment. One-time purchases such as "Remove Ads" can be restored at no additional cost when you reinstall Numble or sign in on a new device using the same store account. Consumable items (such as hints and coins) are used up as you play and are not restorable once consumed.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Because purchases are processed by the app stores, refunds are handled according to each store's refund policy:

• Google Play: request a refund via Google Play's refund process.
• Apple App Store: request a refund via Apple's "Report a Problem" page.

As digital goods are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved under the applicable store's policy. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical problem that prevented delivery of an item, please contact us at contact.numble@gmail.com and we will do our best to help — though final refund decisions rest with the app store that processed your payment.

7. Price changes

We may add, remove, or change in-app items and their prices at any time. Any change applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect and never affects a purchase you have already completed. The price you see and confirm at checkout is the price you pay.
