Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Numble is designed to be played without creating an account, and we keep the information we collect to a minimum. The information falls into the following categories:

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to give us, for example when you contact our support team by email. This may include your email address and the contents of your message. If you make an in-app purchase, the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) processes your payment and shares a purchase confirmation with us — we do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

When you play Numble, certain information is collected automatically by the Game and the third-party services it uses:

• Device & technical data — device model, operating system version, language and region settings, app version, and unique device or advertising identifiers.
• Gameplay & usage data — levels played, scores, progress, in-app events, session length, and how you interact with features of the Game.
• Diagnostic data — crash logs, error reports, and performance information that help us fix problems.
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address (for example, country or region) for advertising and analytics. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Game progress on your device

Your game settings and progress (such as your current level and best scores) are stored locally on your device so you can pick up where you left off.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Game and its features;
• Save and restore your game progress and preferences;
• Display and measure advertising (including in free versions);
• Process in-app purchases and restore them when you reinstall;
• Understand how players use Numble so we can design better levels and fix bugs;
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, technical issues, and violations of our terms;
• Respond to your questions and support requests; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising

Numble is free to play and supported by advertising. We use the following advertising partners, which may collect and use device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads:

• Google AdMob — Google Privacy Policy.
• Meta Audience Network — Meta Privacy Policy.

Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent prompt. You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time through your device settings (for example, "Reset advertising ID" or "Limit ad tracking" on Android, or "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS).

4. Analytics & crash reporting

We use the following Google Firebase services to understand how the Game performs and to keep it stable:

• Firebase Analytics — aggregated usage and event data.
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash and diagnostic reports.

These services are provided by Google and governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. In-app purchases

Numble offers optional in-app purchases (such as hint packs and an ad-free upgrade). Purchases are handled by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive a purchase confirmation and a transaction identifier so we can deliver what you bought and restore it on your devices, but we never receive your full payment card details. 6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — the advertising, analytics, and payment partners described above, who process information on our behalf or under their own policies.
• Legal reasons — when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RupaZen, our players, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.

7. Data retention

We retain information for only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Diagnostic and analytics data is generally retained in aggregated or de-identified form. You can clear locally stored game data at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game.

8. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also:

• Manage ad personalization through your device settings;
• Reset your advertising identifier;
• Uninstall the Game to stop further data collection; and
• Contact us at contact.numble@gmail.com to exercise your rights.

We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

9. Children's privacy

Numble is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International transfers

We are based in India, and the third-party services we use may process information in other countries. By using Numble, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Significant changes may be announced within the Game or app store listing.
